Greta Di Iacovo - A&R / Marketing

Rosary Lane is an independent record label with offices in Italy and the United States. Our mission is to discover, produce and release new promising artists, while giving them all the support and expertise they need to break through independently in the music business at an international level.

Ray Sperlonga is the CEO of Rosary Lane and founded the label in Los Angeles in 2007. With over 30 years of experience in the music business - as a performer, composer, producer and vocal coach, he has worked on stage and behind the scenes for the likes of Steve Vai, Stone Temple Pilots, P!nk, Kelly Clarkson, Aaliyah, The Dream, The Pussycat Dolls and many more. As a bass player, he has toured extensively in Europe and the United States. He has trained and produced countless young hopefuls in preparation of most coveted talent shows such as American Idol, The Voice, and X-Factor - both in the U.S. and Italy. He is currently living in Rome, and he is the co-founder and bass player of Rosary Lane recording artist Sick N' Beautiful.

Greta Di Iacovo - a talented artist and a lifetime musician herself - is mostly responsible for finding new talent at Rosary Lane. She coordinates all aspects of an artist's image - whether be on video, print or social media. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Production Design and - even though she's still very young - she already has many years of experience in the movie, television and advertising business. She's collaborated with acts such as Ermal Meta, Max Dedo, Frank Matano, as well as projects for RAI and Mediaset.

There is a lot of beautiful music out there, and the world is just waiting to hear it: we'll work out butts off to make sure our artists get their fair share of the limelight!
